About PlatePal

We're building the simplest way for restaurants to fight back against fraudulent chargebacks.

Our Mission

At PlatePal, we understand the relentless grind of running a restaurant—the long hours, razor-thin margins, and constant battle against rising costs that can make every day feel like an uphill fight. We know that fraudulent delivery claims and chargebacks aren't just annoyances; they strike straight at your bottom line, eroding hard-earned profits and adding unnecessary stress to an already demanding job.

That's why our mission is to brighten your world, one order at a time, by empowering restaurant owners and managers with a simple, innovative device that captures crystal-clear images of every takeout order as it leaves your kitchen. Easy to set up in under two minutes and requiring little to no training, PlatePal helps you fight back against fraud, protect your revenue, and reclaim peace of mind—so you can focus on what you do best: serving great food and building a thriving business.
